What if I cannot find my clinic’s link?
Check the email address and text messages your clinic uses. If the link is missing or expired, contact the clinic and ask for a new patient portal invitation.
Will I see every feature?
Not necessarily. You will see only the information and plans your clinic has made available to you.
Is MedNex for urgent or emergency care?
No. Do not wait for a portal reply in an emergency. Call your local emergency services or follow your clinic’s urgent-care instructions.
